Its starts you off at $15 an hour as a regular team member and we provide you with training, feedback and guidance to get you to junior stylist level and beyond!

You don’t need to have a ton of prior experience: SwapIt has a distinct philosophy and training method to help you excel at the job. We are looking for someone who believes in our mission and that everyone can be happy in their clothes. This is a great position for anyone who has an eye for and loves fashion, plus helping people and is looking for part-time work.

About the Role
You'll merchandise the store, create long term relationships with members and provide personalized styling for individual clients.
The Musts of the job
You must be punctual, great with people, able to work independently and believe that everyone deserves to be happy in their clothes.
Job Growth
Position starts as a general team member, after three months eligible for formal evaluation and promotion to stylist.
