Fill it with good clothes you're ready to let go of, the kind another woman would be happy to find. Whatever fits in the bag is what you can bring to swap.
3. Bring It In & Swap
Bring your filled bag to SwapIt. We'll check your clothes while you browse, and you'll earn one swap for every piece we accept. Your 45 days start that day!

We refresh a rack every week, bring out special clothing Spotlights, and host member events that give you different ways to swap and explore.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering...
How much fits in the bag?
Your SwapIn On bag determines how many pieces you can bring. When we tested the bags, we fit about 7–11 pieces, depending on how bulky the clothes were. Yours may hold more or fewer, and you'll earn one swap for every piece we accept. Everything just needs to fit inside the bag so it closes normally.
What clothes can I bring?
Clean, good condition women's clothing that another woman would be happy to find. Think freshly washed, without stains, holes, or noticeable wear. They can be from any season or brand.
What happens if SwapIt doesn't accept something?
We'll return those pieces to you. One swap is earned for each accepted item.
Do I have to use all my swaps at once?
Not at all! Use them in one visit or spread them out over your 45 days. Whatever works for you.
When can I come in to swap?
Stop by during any of our regular Swap Time hours. No appointment needed! We're generally open Thursday through Sunday, 11am–4pm, but our schedule can change for special events.
When do my 45 days begin?
When you bring your filled bag to SwapIt and we process it. Not when you purchase the bag.
What happens if I don't use all my swaps?
Unused swaps expire after 45 days. If you decide to become a Swap Member before then, you'll keep your remaining swaps and gain unlimited swapping!
